"The owner is jovial and met me personally. I appreciated that. Nirok is a fairly new place, you have a view of the lake, I felt comfortable there and I slept well in a big bed. There is also a menu in the cabin where you can order good and affordable food. For those on foot, you can use a footbridge over the highway to get to the city center. No problem."

"The first day there was an excavator that worked for 4-5 hours. Very noisy. But this passed and has nothing to do with the big picture."

"Nice well equiped woide cottage in the banks of Sevan lake, few steps from the beach and with nice view to lake Sevan from the terace. The host was very nice, adviced us where to swim."

"Wonderful place. Everything new and clean. Close to the beach and beautiful view of the mountains. Super friendly and nice owner. You can order breakfast and dinner etc. There are also restaurants nearby. Close to the city. Super price for this standard. ☺️"

"The apartment is huge - one of the few places we've stayed that truly has enough space for our large family of seven - four separate bedrooms, three bathrooms, and laundry area, kitchen/dining, and a large hall. The place was clean and well-furnished, and the host was timely with their communication - check-in and check-out were simple and easy."

"The guesthouse is great, located in the mountains of Vanadzor next to the river with marvelous views to the river and mountains. Make sure to contact the host to organize the transfer as only off road car can bring you there. The transfer is smoothly organized by the host."

"Дом расположен в селе Зовабер, недалеко от Раздана. У дома есть живописный сад с множеством деревьев. Имеется мангал, можно пожарить шашлык. Также есть отличное джакузи. В окрестностях села очень красивая природа. В доме есть телевизор, холодильник, электроплитка и тепловентилятор. Хозяева радушные, принесли микроволновку, угостили яблоками и дали попробовать домашнюю фруктовую водку. В целом, очень хороший вариант за свои деньги."

"Очень хорошая квартира. Самое главное было очень чисто. Квартира находится в самом центре города. Было очень удобно во всем. Рядом красивый сквер где можно посидеть и посмотреть на поющие фонтаны. Хороший скоростной интернет на квартире что очень важно для работы. Хозяин жилья оперативно отзывался по некоторым вопросам которые у нас возникали и активно помогал и подсказывал что и где смотреть куда съездить что пробовать.
