"A nice small apartment hotel close to the city center. The staff are very polite and friendly, the room is spacious and has everything you need: a TV, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, a toothbrush, etc. There is also a shared kitchen available with tea, coffee, dishes, and utensils. In the morning, they serve a hearty breakfast. The city center is about a 15-minute walk away, and the main street below has well-developed infrastructure. For its price, it’s a great option!"

"Perfect location near city centre, couple of grocery stores near by, nice transpost access. Independent heating and hot water - ajustable to your liking. Bathtub, not shower which is not easy to find here. Spacious rooms and kitchen, new furniture. Good internet connection. While I was staying TV didn't work but for me it's a plus )"

"The facility was perfect, kitchen appliances, cleaning supplies, washing machine, Drying Rack, Iron with iron table, microwave and mini fridge was all provided. Flat Screen LED TV With Netflix, Youtube .... etc was included free of Charge. Free WIFI provided in each flat Seprately. Extra Duvet, bed sheets, Towels was provided. Playground was infront of building, very safe area. grocery store was cross the road, bakeries, restaurants and shops minutes away. Not very far from Republic square and the cascade complex and most of the attrractions and shopping malls withing 10 - 15 minutes away. definitely will comeback to this place in my next stay in yerevan."
