Mahmud Hostel

"All good. Great. All the best."

"Barhroom is outside."

"I had a wonderful three-night stay at Mahmud Hostel in Sheki. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk from the old city and local sights, and it made exploring the area so easy. The apartment was spacious, clean, and really comfortable, with a lovely balcony that offered great views of the surrounding mountains and city. The free Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchen made settling in a breeze. What stood out most were the hosts. They were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. It genuinely felt like staying with friends. I’d highly recommend Mahmud Hostel to anyone visiting Sheki."

"The shower room and toilet need urgent renovation"

"Amazing hidden gem in sheiki. The owners were fabulous and made us feel at home immediately. The room itself was exceptional with an amazing balcony. Located near to great restaurants and close to the summer palace."

"The toilet facilities were separate (which is fine and standard in Azerbaijan) but they lacked half a door which was a small privacy issue."

"Perfect place and hosts for both a short and a long stay. Located in the old city, within a walking distance to the historical places, restaurants, local bakeries and grocery stores. Clean cozy room and facilities, fantastic view from the balcony, free washing machine with laundry powder! Hosts are very kind and wonderful people. You can experience Azerbijan's local people's living here. Highly recommended. :)"

"a bit difficult to find because there is no sign outside."

"Beautiful accommodation with stunning view of the local area and mountains. The hosts were both helpful and sweet. Definitely recommend!"

"老板和他老婆人很好，他老婆英语也不错，帮我订了去火车站的车。不要问我为什么没有自己在Bolt上叫车。Bolt在关键时刻总是掉链子，而且在Bolt地图上找不到舍基火车站。就是这么魔幻。Hostel离舍基的各种景点都很近。他家的小狸猫很聪明呢，睡觉猫都会吐舌头吗？"
