"Location, uncomfortable mattress, first room given stunk of smoke, second room had drainage issue with toilet. Free mini bar promotion was just a bottle of water and standard Coke which was out of date, water replenished once in a three night stay. Have to pay to use spa facilities never saw anyone there."

"The staff were incredible. Both my wife and myself became very sick during our stay. The staff went out I’d their way to direct us to an urgent care clinic. Conversely, the housekeeping staff were very friendly and thorough. We highly recommend Hotel Vega."
