"The location was great, beautiful gardens and lovely room with view over the harbour in a very safe location. The staff, particularly Gabriella and Alex, were extremely helpful with all our ‘tourist’ queries. The breakfast was delicious and also lovely people in the dining room."

"We had a lovely spacious room (7) with fabulous views over the bay and harbour, and there are a couple of really nice outdoor spaces to relax in. The staff were super helpful, and Gabriela is an absolute gem. Delightful to return back there after exploring Valparaiso - a beautiful oasis."

"Nothing, but some people might not like the lack of air conditioning. For us, the windows open fully and it was ideal."

"Location great. Very clean. Good breakfast. Friendly & helpful staff."

"Old style house converted into a hotel. No air con & room was hot, until we requested a fan on our 2nd night. Main complaint is you cannot pay with an international debit visa card & we had to resort to using an emergency credit card, resulting in extra fees on top of our room charges."

"The following Lines will sound like a commercial but it is how it is. We loved it here. What great Staff at this Hotel! We made a mistake with our Booking and the Frontdesk Personal was super helpful to change it and find a solution for 13 People of our Group :D Also on many other occasions the Staff including Restaurant Personal and Cleaning Personal was super helpful and friendly, great Vibe in the Team. Rooms were excellent by the way. Also Restaurant on the Rooftop had top Food. If your looking for a good Stay in Puerto Montt thats it."

"Very nice room in this hotel with a giant bed and a bath tub. The breakfast was also good and free parking was available in front of the hostel however there were also lots in the back of the hotel. Good stay near the beach!"
