"Really nice customer service. You cannot beat the location. Plenty parking and valet. Super clean. Cleaning ladies are friendly as well."
"Front desk girl needs more training. Didn’t give any direction after gave my room key. It’s my first time here in the hotel and they just assumed I know where I should go. When I ask how to get to my room, I do not appreciate her tone. But all other service people are helpful and friendly."
"Staff were extremely friendly. Room was very comfortable and the facilities in Kalcity in the basement were entertaining. I found the stay accomodating and high quality."
"Some more English lessons for the staff, especially reception. The air conditioning near the room entrance sometimes smelled of tobacco smoke, potentially guests in other rooms smoking."

I used the gym twice very late at night, like at 3:00 am, because I still had a jet lag I could not sleep, but the gym facility was open and that was great, i worked out and my headache was gone. "We had a marvellous time at the Empark Grand Hotel, I highly recommend it ! The staff is excellent, kind, professional and very helpful. Special mention to Kevin the front desk manager who made our stay amazing. The restaurant was delicious and so was the breakfast at the 16th floor. The room was really spacious, luxurious and quiet. We are definitely coming back on our next trip to Beijing."

"酒店刚入住的房间很不干净，到处都是灰，卫生间地上有头发。打电话到前台经理立即给换房了，这点很不错。 另外入住的第一个房间小吧台的价格表不写，让我误以为是免费的。虽然酒店未扣费，但的确不应该犯这种错误。"
"我们遇到员工都很友好，每天打扫的保洁员确保我们每天都有足够的瓶装水。前台的和先生帮我们免费办理了延后退房嚷宝宝能睡好午觉再去机场。 金源是在海淀难得的好酒店。"
