Ay central

"Location, space and cleanliness."

"No internet, no traditional wine glasses and bathroom location was very odd. Lack of dining recommendations"

"great location spacious everything you need host very polite and helpful directions etc"

"the yellow blinds create a bit of a strange effect on the rooms- and really the bedroom at the front would benefit from a curtain as it was very light in the room very few options for dinner - absolutely fine with a car but may be more of an issue if you arrived late and didn’t want to drive any more!"

"For our purposes the location was fantastic and the facilities in the apartment were really good. Everything you need was there"

"Only that it was up a few flights of stairs which would hinder some people but for us it was greater"

"Perfect location to discover Champagne region"

"Lovely flat in an excellent location. The host had so kindly left us some toys for our son and a cot which was incredibly thoughtful of him. We had a great nights stay whilst driving back from the Alps. Thank you"

"Fantastic apartment, beautifully decorated with a lovely comfortable bed. we loved our time there, exploring the region and wish we could have stayed longer. Patisserie across the road, convenience store less than a minute’s walk, restaurants within easy walking distance and a great base for a driving tour of the entire Champagne region. Highly recommended!"

"Indeed a central location. All facilities available. A very welcoming host - and nice chilled champagne in the fridge. Great for a longer stay for a couple/a family."

"There was nothing not to like."

"Great location Nice, well kept apartment. Very helpful host when we couldn’t get the wifi to work. Great bedding, well stocked kitchen. Overall lovely, we would stay again."

"My only issue is the water temperature in the shower does not exceed 38 degrees. I think it is common as it has happened in a few places we have stayed. But it does not change that the property was excellent."

"The apartment was very clean and cosy with all necessary amenities. Everything appeared to be brand new. Cédric, the friendly owner, gave us information on local activities and even provided a bottle of Champagne. The kitchen had all it needed and was well stocked. We loved the location in the center of Ay in the center of Champagne country with two bakeries and some eateries right there. We highly recommend this comfortable place."
