"Ubicación, sin duda. Está muy nuevo y tiene todos los accesorios necesarios (microondas, cafetera automatica, secador, tostadora, TV Smart,...)"

"La comodidad no fue 100%: Escaleras (inevitable en estas construcciones), la cama a nivel del suelo no es muy cómodo, el WC está aislado y es muy frío, la luz de la mañana entra por algunas ventanas.."

"Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, wo das Auto am besten zu Parken ist und was sich lohnt anzuschauen. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und Wohnung war bestens ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Küche hatte alles was es braucht, sogar eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffeekapseln, top. Tolle Lage im Stadtkern, Entladung Koffer vor der Wohnung nicht möglich - aber es gibt Kurzparker-Plätze in der Nähe."

"Nicht wirklich ungünstig für uns, aber die Treppen zum Apartment unter dem Dach sehr steil und schmal, zur Dusche geht es auch per Treppe ganz unters Dach - die Dusche war aber tipp-topp - und das Bett liegt ebenerdig auf einem Lattenrost, aber passt schon, es schläft sich gut darin."

"The location was perfect, close to city centre, beach, restaurants, cafes, shops and yet it was totally quiet. The bedroom was at the back and the sitting room was double glazed. Good size, very clean throughout. We did not meet the host but he was very helpful with messaging. Nice smart TV, so we could log into our Netflix account. Lots of storage space for clothes. Very comfortable settee, dining table and chairs for four people. All good."
