"Excellent location, 5-minute walk from the cathedral. New and well-equipped apartment."
"The pillows are quite uncomfortable and the water heater is small, so it's easy to run out of hot water if the shower lasts. Also missed instructions on how certain gadgets work. Just minor issues to address, not a big deal."

"Faccio una premessa che la casa è molto carina e ben situata però non posso dare un 10 per queste cose :La casa era freddissima ,non hanno avuto la accortezza di accendere il riscaldamento un ora prima .Non c'era né anche un cialda di caffè (che di solito la offrono il primo giorno ) e abbiamo dovuto comprare la carta igienica perché non c'era .In quando a gli asciugamani solamente ci hanno fornito di quelli relativa al corpo ,quindi niente asciugamano per il viso.Nessun comodino nella stanza dove Porter appoggiare un cellulare .La persona che si doveva occupare della gestione del appartamento non ci ha fatto sapere nulla di cosa fare con le chiavi dopo il checkout. Il riscaldamento del bagno non era accesso e non siamo riusciti a capire come accenderlo ."

"Situé dans une rue piétonne, parking à proximité mais cher comme dans tous les hyper centre. Prévoir d'aller à 20mn en tram au parking relais. Pas d'ascenseur, à prendre en compte si jeunes enfants ou personnes mauvaise mobilité."
