"The host was very friendly and great at explaining house rules and demonstrating how to get to the apartment. The apartment itself was in a fantastic location, everything was pretty central and very easy to get to via walking. The apartment was very accommodating with all necessities available and was in fantastic condition. The only downside was the stairs to get up to the apartment, it made it rather difficult to get our suitcases up. But other than that the apartment exceeded all my expectations and we had a lovely stay. Couldn’t recommend enough!"

"Right in the center of old town"

"Entrance stairwell a bit grimy and spiral stair up 3 floors challenging with luggage."

"Location right in the Center of old town. Very close to city attractions. Well maintained apartment everything you need to make a family meals and refreshments. Very responsive property management."

"The apartment has absolutely zero OK views. The windows are located inwards towards filthy portions of the inner building. Bird droppings everywhere on the windowsill. Apartment was extremely hot and there was no air conditioning. It was a nightmare to put the kids to sleep when the apartment remained 30C at night with the ceiling fans on. Someone’s alarm was going off since 2221 till the morning every night for almost the entire stay while we needed to have windows open to survive. The heat is likely not an issue during the colder months."

"Perfect location, excellent and clean. Large space"

"Location fabulous Comfy bed"

"Option of earlier check in (5pm is pretty late) and later check out would have made logistics a little easier for us travelling with you guys child. Option to store luggage securely would have been really helpful"

"Very well equipped and in central location"

"Knowledge of stairs to access, not for us but those less able"

"Excellent location in the heart of the old town. The host was accommodating to requests we had. The apartment was clean and had great facilities."

"Perfect location in the heart of Annecy adjacent to shops, bars and restaurants. For a family of 3, even though it was 1 bedroom, the lounge was like a 2nd bedroom so good privacy and so quiet. Great bathroom and kitchen facilities"

"Zero personal contact, it’s run from a digital system. Make sure you download the entry instructions as the local internet is very weak and we were in trouble trying to to get in as I could download it. Also the pillows on the bed were large and way too firm, which really put a dampener on our sleeping. Ended up sleeping with no pillow!! You should also be aware that you need to climb 3 flights of stairs."

"The location was perfect for us. Beautifully appointed flat in the centre of old Annecy."

"Everything was wonderful !! 😀"

"Beautifully appointed with quality bathroom fittings and excellent kitchen utensils. It was immaculate and it’s location was delightful within the medieval town. Everything was literally on the door step."
