"My train from Nice to Paris was delayed about three hours. I have informed the delay and the latest status to the responsible person. I understand that the person in charge should wait for me but the train delay is happening quite often in France and was not under my control. But after sometime, he suddenly informed that he'll hand over the role to his manager. But when I called the manager, he didn't respond and I felt a bit nervous. If the responsible person had explained to me a bit more it in advance it would have been better."

"Confusion regarding communication between us and property management. We were from Australia, staying in England with a British Sim Card in our phone (as we were away from Australia for 3 months). It would have been easier for all parties to confirm arrivals times when the booking was made and not a week before we arrived. We should be able to speak directly with the owners or property manager and to know who we were dealing with at the time of booking. We assumed they were given our details and we should have been given theirs. If this is not the case then perhaps this process needs to be reviewed as we have spoken to several friend who have had problems with Bookings over properties in different countries."
