"One small mirror in the bathroom, no other mirror in the apartment. Need at least a big mirror. Need some hooks on the wall .The living room only has one light bulb, too dark. Need tea cups. Only one knife, which does not work well. 2 light bulbs in the corridor are broken."

The welcome kit during a personal check-in was the first indicator of how well organized and efficient the company is at managing properties and making guests feel welcome. Location was perfect. Property was exactly what we were looking for."

"Un très bon accueil de la part de David, qui nous a très bien conseillé pour nos visites. La maison est toute mignonne, avec tous les équipements nécessaires et une déco sympa (jolies cadres de paysages auvergnats). Elle était vraiment très propre à notre arrivée, un vrai plus ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir."
