Saltmoore的住客評語
"The location is excellent. The staff generally were really friendly and the room was really comfortable."
"The breakfast on the first day was disappointing. The buffet area is reasonably well stocked although the bread selection seemed to fall below expectations. On the first day two of our party ordered smoke salmon, eggs and sourdough toast. There was no toast available so we were told we would receive crumpets as a replacement. When the breakfast arrived it did so on one cold under done crumpet with a small amount of salmon and one small egg. I raised the issue with the staff and they did offer an alternative but by that time there was no point. Secondly the booking system for day beds in the spa area seems restrictive. It appears a first come first serve basis would work better."

"Nothing it was amazing"
"The rooms were very clean, warm, comfortable and nicely decorated. The shower was perfect. The service in the dining room was much quicker than our previous stay and the food was very good. The staff were friendly and welcoming."
"I object to paying for the use of the Spa, especially if you just want a quick swim. There was no Greek yogurt/yogurt or muesli for breakfast. Although the food in the restaurant was delicious, both the food and drinks are very overpriced."
"Nice modern and clean"
"Quite a distance from the car park"

"Getting keys from the wall safe was easy. The place itself was lovely and quiet. Comfortable beds. Good heating. Nice small kitchen. Two bathrooms, one en-suite. Cosy living room. Good range of channels on the TV. Plus you are only a 10 minute walk from the Minster and old town, and only 20 minutes walk from the train station."
