"Небольшая, но современно обставленная квартира, со всем необходимым. Комфортные спальные места, достаточное количество полотенец, много разной посуды (мы не пользовались, так как останавливались только на ночь). В душе всем хватило горячей воды. Хозяйка была отзывчива и доброжелательна."

"Душевая комната организована несколько необычно - как единое пространство с душем, раковиной и унитазом. В центре - слив. После душа весь пол мокрый и грязный, но есть швабра, чтобы собирать воду. Душ соединен с раковиной, но можно повесить на стену. После мытья остался неприятный запах."

"部屋貸しなので設備は何でも揃っています。スーパーは近くに2軒、ATMも問題なし。トレッキング後洗濯出来て助かりました。とても優しくて可愛らしい、ロシア語話すお母さん。出発時は寂しくなってしまいました。オーナーさん（娘さん？）は細やかに連絡を下さいました。"

"Одно из самых лучших наших пребываний в Кобулети! - Отличное расположение, до моря 10 минут спокойным шагом, близко к центральному рынку и к вокзалу. - Есть кондиционер, что не маловажно! - Каждому предоставляется полотенца для лица и тела, это тоже большой плюс при выборе жилья, когда не хочется возить большие полотенца с собой 👌 - Хорошие новые комплекты постельного белья - Просторная кухня со всеми необходимыми вещами - очень хорошая посуда, холодильник, стиралка, утюг, все сделано как для себя. Есть всё- все виды кастрюль и сковородок, тостер, посуда новая, есть даже тестомесилка))) - Собачка фр бульдожка Зизи- просто любовь ❤️ - Самое главное - очень хорошие, добрые и приятные хозяева Заза и Нана, в след году только сюда !"

"Great and kind owners. The accommodation is quiet, the room had a terrace where I always had coffee or wine in the morning or in the evening. The house is a short distance from the center and the sea. The sea is about five or seven minutes from the house, the beach about fifteen minutes. The beach is pebbly. The lower cable car station is a five-minute walk. If someone wants to go to the Gonio fortress, it takes about twelve minutes by public transport. There are many vegetable shops in front of the house, so it is not a problem to run out in the morning to buy figs, plums, raspberries or watermelon for breakfast. Nearby, about five minutes, are Carrefour City and Spar stores, as well as local shops."
