The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

"The location is awesome. Lovely beach with warm water and white sand. Beautiful. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfasts were pretty good. Dinners were very good. Expect lots of good seafood. I thoroughly enjoyed my stat. I only wish the weather was better while I was there."

"比起外面的寺廟還要更美的Kantipur Temple House，完全可以待在裡頭整天不出門。 酒店位置就在遊客區Thamel，用走的就可以到達大部分廣場、寺廟景點，沿路尼泊爾人文風情令人目不暇給；吃的喝的買的都有，非常方便有意思。早起可以上天台做個免費Yoga伸展身體～ 房間大又舒適，到訪季節是冬天但有暖爐，床有暖墊，每晚還有酒店員工送來暖水袋，整整四晚都住得非常溫暖。值得一提酒店員工友善親切，每天都會問我們今天過得怎樣，又幫忙寄明信片，吃了兩天早餐也好棒好好吃。再來加德滿都一定會再來住！謝謝🥰"

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

"The bed was quite comfortable. The location was excellent. Overall, it offered good value for money for basic necessities."

It would be appreciated if amenities such as a kettle could be provided.

"During our stay, my wife fell ill. Diagnosed with severe malaria, she was transferred from the over-worked Moroni public hospital to a private clinic (at the hotel’s initiative). Over the next week, the Retaj’s staff treated us both as family and could not have been more helpful."

Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Good buffet breakfast, clean swimming pool, lovely gardens, spacious rooms. I felt very safe here as a solo female too."

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

I think you could better explain the services available to you at check-in, so that you know what to choose from. Also, I had some trouble reaching you via [email protected]. A few maintenance issues in the bathroom which were attended to

"地點很市中心 附近去老城區都可以步行到 龍橋就在附近 離巴士站 火車站也都很近 要去布萊德湖搭巴士也是很近 走路就可以到 飯店不是很新穎 算是有點舊感 但維持的算不錯 入住時櫃檯幫我們升級到家庭房 所以我們有四張床可以睡 且床很好睡 空間也很大 行李箱完全可以攤開 早餐的種類算多的 雖然每天的種類都差不多 但可以吃的很飽"

房內設備有點舊 應該可以再翻新一下 入住第一天櫃檯就通知我們晚上會停電 還好時間剛好是睡眠時間 所以沒有電 也不會冷的感覺
