He turned our visit to Gabala into a perfect experience and set a new standard for what true hospitality means. This hotel is outstanding, but Mr. Nurlan is its greatest asset. "Very friendly , easy going hotel with good staff and friendly guests! Wonderful large room with access to sun loungers and the small beach and views over the water( Beach front king).Other places accessible by taxi, if rather expensive!"

Main dining area felt rather utiltarian. Food was fine , service friendly. The bingo/ karaoke evening was good fun

The room have unpleasant smell from the toilet initially. But overall room was clean and seems to be maintained well.

"The staff at the hotel was very friendly. After checking my ID and hotel reservation, he quickly helped me complete the check-in process. The whole thing took about 10 minutes."

There was some water on the bathroom floor, which I guess was caused by a leaking pipe. It did affect the overall experience a bit.

"Wonderful location in the woods on zop of Sljeme (mountain). Getting on in years but clean and very spacy room! Nice and helpfull staff."

"This is such a unique property and what an experience to stay in a Troglodyte home. We were welcomed warmly and thoroughly enjoyed sleeping in the cave like rooms, that were so spacious too. Dinner is available at the guesthouse for a reasonable price considering how much food they gave us too."

The showers in the bathrooms have zero water pressure, it was just a trickle of water unfortunately.

"早餐超棒，冷氣適中，床鋪好睡，一覺到天亮。無可挑剔。"

淋浴間可考慮改蓮蓬頭，固定式的花灑有點不太方便（用水量也會比較大）；窗台的高度不太夠，有潛在危險，應設法改善。還有是到二館的路徑有一點迂迴曲折 XD

Rooms are small but great if you only need a place to sleep. We use this hotel al lot for ease.
