The Spa could have been a little bigger, but it’s good the way it is.

Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.

The service was excellent, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, especially Allan who made us feel truly cared for. Special thanks to Silvia for her wonderful management and for creating such a peaceful quiet and relaxing experience. "The staff are wonderful and very consistent of disability. The restaurant is excellent with a large menu and reasonable prices. The Indian food is especially good. The surroundings are stunning. There is a farmers market there one Saturday a month"

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

"Comfortable stay with excellent air conditioning We had a pleasant stay at Rung. One thing that really stood out was the air conditioning — it worked perfectly and stayed consistent, which makes a big difference in the heat. The bed is also big and comfortable, making it easy to rest well."

The bathroom could use an upgrade, as it feels a bit outdated compared to the rest of the room. Aside from that, everything was comfortable and worked well for our stay.

浴缸感覺是想做乾濕分離但是空間不夠 所以直接在浴缸裝設擋板淋浴空間也會被限縮 想幫小孩洗澡需要辛苦一點

"The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. There was a hot, good pressure shower. It’s in a great location for the bus station. The breakfast, which was 5€ extra each, was especially delicious and really set us up for the day."

"I want to talk about only one topic regarding my hotel stay. I want to talk about the towels in the bathroom. The towels are very large, very white, and very thick. They wrap the body with so much love. Yes, true love. It's a real home."

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

"A good option in Kolonia. There isn't too much else. Run by Chinese, and they have a restaurant that opens for lunch and dinner, they can do your laundry, and you can hire an SUV car through them too. The beds were comfy, and the TV could get YouTube. Bottled water provided. The air con worked well too. Walking distance from the airport, but they picked me up and stopped me off. Very kind."

The hotel looks a bit grim and unappealing from outside. Could do with a lick of paint, and cheering up.
