It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

The lack of the cleanliness of the pool (because of breakfast nearby, lots of things fly away in it). Drinkable water in the bar was not free (4-star hotel)

"The room and around fit to the explanation and pictures. Breakfast was basic and tasty. We came in October when season is over. The owner cook a dinner for us. It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

"It's on the beach, right as you want it to be at a place like Turks. The atmosphere is, in general, very cozy, and the overall premises work well. It gives out a relaxed mood and the sea in front of the hotel is superb. They actually provide ice free of charge, which eventually proved to be very helpful. The room was quite good and spacious. They are, though, a bit old, but they still provide a good stay, and everything worked as expected."

The service at the restaurant is quite slow. Some technical stuff in the rooms can be improved, such as the shower and the sockets.

"地點很市中心 附近去老城區都可以步行到 龍橋就在附近 離巴士站 火車站也都很近 要去布萊德湖搭巴士也是很近 走路就可以到 飯店不是很新穎 算是有點舊感 但維持的算不錯 入住時櫃檯幫我們升級到家庭房 所以我們有四張床可以睡 且床很好睡 空間也很大 行李箱完全可以攤開 早餐的種類算多的 雖然每天的種類都差不多 但可以吃的很飽"

房內設備有點舊 應該可以再翻新一下 入住第一天櫃檯就通知我們晚上會停電 還好時間剛好是睡眠時間 所以沒有電 也不會冷的感覺

The hotel has a serious issue with plumbing. Didn't get hot water for quite a long time in teh shower and had to wait long, while the hot water was yelowish.

"比起外面的寺廟還要更美的Kantipur Temple House，完全可以待在裡頭整天不出門。 酒店位置就在遊客區Thamel，用走的就可以到達大部分廣場、寺廟景點，沿路尼泊爾人文風情令人目不暇給；吃的喝的買的都有，非常方便有意思。早起可以上天台做個免費Yoga伸展身體～ 房間大又舒適，到訪季節是冬天但有暖爐，床有暖墊，每晚還有酒店員工送來暖水袋，整整四晚都住得非常溫暖。值得一提酒店員工友善親切，每天都會問我們今天過得怎樣，又幫忙寄明信片，吃了兩天早餐也好棒好好吃。再來加德滿都一定會再來住！謝謝🥰"

I think you could better explain the services available to you at check-in, so that you know what to choose from. Also, I had some trouble reaching you via [email protected]. I also communicated via Booking.com. I got no reply on either service. Your communication here could be improved, just to know they'd been identified and put aside. Taggio Tumas.

I paid $2000.00 for a 2 day stay, for 5 people. Not even a bottle of water for the short stay only to buy it at the gift shop down stairs $9.00 a bottle. Then they ask you before you check out to remove the bed linens from each bed, put used dishes in the dishwasher and run it,also take out the trash. I SAID NO WAY.

"The location is awesome. Lovely beach with warm water and white sand. Beautiful. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfasts were pretty good. Dinners were very good. Expect lots of good seafood. I thoroughly enjoyed my stat. I only wish the weather was better while I was there."
