越南的飯店

"Our beach attendant, Tevin, looked after our needs endlessly. A pleasure to know him."

Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

"The location is awesome. Lovely beach with warm water and white sand. Beautiful. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfasts were pretty good. Dinners were very good. Expect lots of good seafood. I thoroughly enjoyed my stat. I only wish the weather was better while I was there."

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

"比起外面的寺廟還要更美的Kantipur Temple House，完全可以待在裡頭整天不出門。 酒店位置就在遊客區Thamel，用走的就可以到達大部分廣場、寺廟景點，沿路尼泊爾人文風情令人目不暇給；吃的喝的買的都有，非常方便有意思。早起可以上天台做個免費Yoga伸展身體～ 房間大又舒適，到訪季節是冬天但有暖爐，床有暖墊，每晚還有酒店員工送來暖水袋，整整四晚都住得非常溫暖。值得一提酒店員工友善親切，每天都會問我們今天過得怎樣，又幫忙寄明信片，吃了兩天早餐也好棒好好吃。再來加德滿都一定會再來住！謝謝🥰"

Everything was very good.

"Location is great, and rooms are nice and bed is good. Only the bathroom was old fashioned in the old rooms."

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

"環境舒適，員工熱情親切會與你互動。 有免費漫畫有可以看到飽、飯店中有洗烘衣機，還能先免費清洗洗衣機這點很加分！ 住宿時間比較長的旅客非常方便！ 浴巾毛巾可以自由更換&丟棄（放在固定區域自己拿）這點非常棒、不用擔心天天用濕毛巾。 有微波爐免費茶水可以使用。"

地點離地鐵稍遠，由於是住宅區+靠近大寺廟，夜晚時路燈較少。 如果是有安全顧慮的旅客，需考慮這點。

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

"有免費停車場，對於租車的遊客來講非常方便， 離碼頭很近，對於想開車往Gozo一遊來講，更是方便。 自助早餐非常豐富，員工也非常友善。 小貼士：酒店後山是觀看日落的理想之地，步行可達。"

WiFi 不是太好，設施比較舊 酒店附近沒有超市，要開車前往另一個小鎮補充日用品。

"有宵夜很棒，可以讓不想外出的旅客直接在飯店用餐 親子房很棒，加大床很好睡兩大一小也不會擁擠"

浴缸感覺是想做乾濕分離但是空間不夠 所以直接在浴缸裝設擋板淋浴空間也會被限縮 想幫小孩洗澡需要辛苦一點

"房間寬敞舒適，很有歷史感但也井然有序；早餐選擇多樣，包含許多在地美食；位處阮惠步行街上，地點對我而言很讚，不過適合不怕吵的:D"

Some employees, in my opinion, have not been properly trained to charge all items such as water, tea, shampoo, toothbrush, towels, etc. when cleaning the room. I think this is a weakness that can be easily solved.

I think you could better explain the services available to you at check-in, so that you know what to choose from. Also, I had some trouble reaching you via [email protected]. I also communicated via Booking.com. I got no reply on either service. Your communication here could be improved, just to know they'd been identified and put aside. Taggio Tumas.

"Lovely spot. Pool and beach fabulous. Our beachfront room was great, comfy beds and room had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, lots of laughs and great service. Restaurant meals and breakfasts were delicious. Spa massage was simply divine! We loved our stay thank you 🤩"
