"The Pavillion Suite is lovely and has a wonderful view on the Lake Bienvenue. It is a generous size and feels like a small flat!"

The breakfast was not good at all - very messy, congested and the food quality was poor. The kitchenette would have benefited from a hob cooker so as to be able to cook meals as otherwise the suite was well equipped

"We always enjoy coming back to this hotel. This was already our third stay and definitely not the last. Every time we arrive, we feel a bit like at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food is absolutely delicious. You can truly feel the history of this place, which makes the stay even more special. Really best suited to campers. The two bedroom property we stayed in is located above the shower rooms and cleaning facilities, which is not ideal. If the main building is ever made into a hotel which I believe the owners plan to do, then this would make it a much more enjoyable proposition.

The food was delicious and fresh, with a great variety of options to choose from. A special thank you to the owner, who welcomed us warmly and made sure we felt at home throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily come back again!"

"Renate is a perfect and really nice person. She was really kind and helpful and the breakfast was absolutely perfect too. The Alpe-Adria Trail is goes exactly in front of the door."

"Amazing people are working there on reception and wellness Wellness is super, breakfast is good, dinner is ok (because one time we had bufet dinner which was super, while another evening we had dinner from menu which was not so tasty)"

Photos of the room while booking was different from the room which we got, so were a bit upset about it.

"地點就在老城區中心，連路標都有指示旅館位置呢。周邊就是Nizwa Fort, Souq, Goat Market，相當方便。 接待大廳寬廣舒適，但我們被引導到距離大約150公尺的另一棟建築的2樓入住，還好移動過程有旅館員工協助。 價格老實說不算便宜，但房舍的確古色古香，相對的房間空間也不大。"

"I'm traveling since last fifteen years and stayed in many countries, places and met nice people around. This host is unique and she is super helpful when I asked for help like my son went sick amdnshe called the doctor for appointment and also she sent me a delivery of what I missed when I checked out the apartment. Coming to the facilities, it is a great place to stay with family and near the nature. We are fortunate that the walk was nice nearby and kitchen has everything you want to make. Overall, nearby highway and I strongly recommend."

"The hotel was stunning! Set in the jungle and in beautiful wooden cabins, it feels like low-key luxury. The restaurant was lovely, it’s quite popular on the island but the staff make sure hotel guests get good tables and are catered for. It’s very very quiet, so if you are looking for relaxation it’s perfect. The grounds are beautifully curated, it feels like you are staying in a botanical garden. The general manager was a gem, he sorted out a small issue with our room very quickly and was so hospitable for the rest of our stay, he couldn’t do enough to help. Can’t wait to go back one day!"

Some people would take issue not having AC, but it’s definitely cool enough and there is no reason to have them.
