"原本訂的房間被其他客人入住，耗了些時間處理，後來我們換了其他客戶原本應該入住的房間，因為一些時間去反應処理，比較晚休息，隔天跟飯店反應後，飯店經理有提供早餐做補償，飯店位置離景點很近，飯店工作人員、打掃人員都很熱心幫我們解決問題，蠻不錯的。"

"1.地點位於景點旁，早上、晚都很適合在海邊散步。 2.房間是大片落地窗，不受阻礙的視野很舒服，隨時可見海鷗飛翔，亦可遠遠瞧見巨人石像。"

"Amazing hotel and lovely, friendly staff who will do anything to help you. Lovely accommodation, and we got great advice about the aurora and what to see nearby (including whales and orcas just off the coast). Tasty food in the restaurant, and a nice vibe looking out of the windows. Don’t miss Arnarstapi harbour which really lived up to its billing as the most beautiful in the world! Thank you!"

"Clean, Good size. TV did not work. Reading about others its the same story. Yes, you dont need a TV on a vac, however, if its raining and super windy its a good feature. Good idea to fix these things. As for having hot water for 20 min ( due to heating capacity) we had no issue. The water was very hot and we managed the restriction."
