"Finding this house let me discover a part of Iceland which I didn’t know about. It’s such a peaceful and beautiful area, a place to rest!.. I really enjoyed a feel of a local home. I find it so wonderful that a family lives there and opens their house for guests to share some icelandic vibes. The room is super clean and cozy, all house is nicely decorated and well maintained. Special time and I wish to come back again!.."

"Wonderful stay and wonderful host! Very cozy and large house, so we were able to rest a lot after some longer hikes. Ultimately great host, who told us a lot instightful info about the eastern part of Iceland as well as he mentioned a set of hidden gems. It is a must stay if you travel through north-east/east part of the island. It is also a great place in terms of close location to different attractions (Stuðlagil canyon, Hengifoss). Highly recommended!"
