"Amazing view from the room. Sitting on the hill outside of the house feels like you are watching the landscape from an airplane. Clean and tidy house with a coffee machine on the floor that can be used free of charge. The host gentleman brought us a cup of coffee to our room upon arrival - really caring :) The room and the bathroom are really big. We were afraid that the breakfast will only be some croissant or only sweets (like in a typical Italian household), but the variety was wider fortunately with egg, ham, cheese...etc. We have tasted here one of the best bread we have ever eaten, it was delicious! This place is outside of the village of Buttrio, therefore it is quiet and calm, no shops or restaurants nearby, but this was just the reason for us to choose this. Udine is cca 25' away by car. This place is highly recommended if you wish to have a relaxing holiday!"

"Oh that’s was really very very nice !!! Comfortable rooms with everything you need , amazing restaurant downstairs with really beautiful view ! We enjoyed our weekend so much ! "Can highly recommend this hotel. Room was nice, big and quiet - could even leave the window open during the night. There is also a free parking garage included. Breakfast is great - especially I enjoyed traditional hand-made Cappuccino & Espresso. Nice & friendly staff all around the hotel. It is about a 10 minutes walk into the small & lovely city."

"Stunning property, beautiful flowers everywhere and kittens roaming everywhere! The pool was absolutely divine. My room was spacious and clean, with a dining table and kitchen. The staff are ABOVE and beyond helpful, kind, and so lovely!!! Thank you Angela for all your help providing recommendations! Breakfast was very simple but delicious. Free parking as well. Easy to drive to plenty of different towns, beaches, etc."

"We stayed for only one night with our cat. There was no issue with staying with pet, our cat was welcomed. The room and bathroom were extremely clean. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, they prepared delicious Italian breakfast for us on time that suited us. This place has a unique ambience partially of Italian cottage and partially of Irish pub. We loved it!"
