The staff is highly professional and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests. Special appreciation to Chef Kholoud for the delightful breakfast served every morning. While there are no on-site laundry facilities, they provide a laundry service through nearby providers, ensuring convenience for guests. I highly recommend this place."

"Some light music in the lobby and restaurant was missing, we spoke to the reception manager, and he promised to look into the matter. The shower does not have tiny shelf for the shampoo bottle and the soap."
