"Beautiful place next to a river and the mangrove bushes. The lady at the service desk speaks very good English. That’s was very helpful. The excursion to the monkeys was very fun and the boat tour was beautiful!"

"What an awesome place! Middle of the jungle with a great pool, nice coctails and nice food. The staf was very nice and went above and beyond to help us. We forgot some luggage and they helped us retreiving it. So nice!"

"The place and outlook are very nice on the vulcano, from room and from jacuzzi :) The secret hike trail is very nice and should not be missed (Mariposa trail?). Jacuzzi is also very nice extra."

Breakfast could be a little more. You can choose from a menu. It was good, but an additional side or some bread would be nice. The street to the hotel could better maintained.

The requirement to swipe (when you pay by card) every time you eat or buy something in the shop. It attracts a lot of international bank costs. This could be resolved by instituting internal controls.

暖氣是冷氣機的暖氣，在客廳，空間大，暖氣比較難吹進房間，所以房間內比較冷
