"Fantastic out of the way place but still close enough to civilisation for everything you may need. Great facilities & all you require for a stay away. Got some good help about getting to the property & a nice welcome from Siobhan."

Not much to dislike, besides the hairy drive there along the "closed road"

"1.位置非常好！滿分💯2.民宿配合的safari司機非常專業，熟悉獵豹及各種動物的習性，非常佩服他，他也會很主動提醒我們各種細節，為我們著想，此行我們看到兩隻獵豹，其中一隻還從我們的吉普車前經過，真是難忘的經驗！3.民宿的男接待員（一位長者）雖然似乎不是很會說英語，但很盡心的照顧我們。另一位年輕的男員工也相當積極盡責，服務態度相當好。4.我們雖然預定三人房，但幫我們升級到五人房，位置寬敞，熱水、空調和吹風機都正常使用。5.用餐前剛好碰上鹿群也在喝水，感謝男員工很熱心告知我們。住在野外，優點就是跟動物零距離，當晚就看到了水牛群、野生鹿群、孔雀，這是在飯店不會有的體驗。6.晚餐相當豐盛，特別是份量十足，我們兩位用餐，但幾乎給了我們四人份，且味道也很好。"

1.洗手台有幾隻小蟲（螞蟻？），但畢竟住宿點在野外，我們認為合理，也不影響住宿。 2.用餐的桌上剛抵達時有蒼蠅，但接近傍晚，蒼蠅都不見了，我們實際上用晚餐時是幾乎沒有蒼蠅的。我們在斯里蘭卡十幾天來，幾乎每一家餐廳或飯店多少都有蒼蠅，因此我們見怪不怪。

"Absolutely beautiful peaceful serene location. We were there Oct and it was cold. It must be amazing in the summer. Some issues with check-in. I guess it was off-season, because there were no staff. We needed to call and there was a small delay getting things organised. The room is huge, aircon/heater works well. Kitchen has most things you need. Fridge, microwave, utensils, etc Ensuite bathroom is large and shower is hot. It suited us perfectly."

10am check out is a bit early. We would have liked to stay around another few hours.

"The people were so friendly and helpful. They gave us a free lift into town and back and answered all of our questions. The setting is beautiful next to the water with a lovely log cabin. I'd definitely stay again, especially in summer as it's a great alternative to Ciudad del Este."

It can be a bit cold if the weather isn't good.

"The best in the village. Paul the owner is amazing.and loves his industry. The bungalows are so comfortable and well appointed. Bed was the most comfy in Laos. We could not fault anything. View from the hammock on the balcony outstanding."

"We just had a 3 night stay here. The cottage is very unique - little rustic with a lot of character . We enjoyed the full kitchen and were able to cook great meals and enjoyed eating outside on the large wrap around deck. You feel like you’re in a treehouse and very secluded. Yet you’re very close to the beach and town. We loved the big spacious bathroom and having hot water was a bonus! Jac-Luc was a great host and communicated well ensuring we were comfortable and had what we needed. We felt it was great value for money and would recommend and we’d stay again."

"Fantastic location. Great facilities and will be even better shortly with new tents under construction. Excellent meals and extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Take the food and day trip offerings- you won't regret it but stay at least 2 nights to really enjoy the location."

"It was like staying at someone’s home. V good, helpful staff and bed was v comfortable. The food was surprisingly decent for such a small place. Picturesque location even though snow was sparse at the time"

Only gripe might be that the air was quite dry, making sleep quality not so good: might be because of it being a wooden bldg

Super calm and peaceful in beautiful surroundings - a tonic after Dakar and Saint Louis. Relatively accessible for Saloum Delta which we loved. Great air conditioning. Lovely swimming pool"

Water pressure was low at certain times - pipe being repaired, so perhaps temporary. You'll need a car to get around (we got a taxi for 10.000 - 15.000 CFA each way to Ndangane.)
