"1.位置非常好！滿分💯2.民宿配合的safari司機非常專業，熟悉獵豹及各種動物的習性，非常佩服他，他也會很主動提醒我們各種細節，為我們著想，此行我們看到兩隻獵豹，其中一隻還從我們的吉普車前經過，真是難忘的經驗！3.民宿的男接待員（一位長者）雖然似乎不是很會說英語，但很盡心的照顧我們。另一位年輕的男員工也相當積極盡責，服務態度相當好。4.我們雖然預定三人房，但幫我們升級到五人房，位置寬敞，熱水、空調和吹風機都正常使用。5.用餐前剛好碰上鹿群也在喝水，感謝男員工很熱心告知我們。住在野外，優點就是跟動物零距離，當晚就看到了水牛群、野生鹿群、孔雀，這是在飯店不會有的體驗。6.晚餐相當豐盛，特別是份量十足，我們兩位用餐，但幾乎給了我們四人份，且味道也很好。"

1.洗手台有幾隻小蟲（螞蟻？），但畢竟住宿點在野外，我們認為合理，也不影響住宿。 2.用餐的桌上剛抵達時有蒼蠅，但接近傍晚，蒼蠅都不見了，我們實際上用晚餐時是幾乎沒有蒼蠅的。我們在斯里蘭卡十幾天來，幾乎每一家餐廳或飯店多少都有蒼蠅，因此我們見怪不怪。

"This magical place in the hills is owned and run by Thierry who puts a great deal of care, detail and consideration into his guest's stay. His love of the land, plants and animals is evident. Thierry gave us a tour of the property plus an amazing breakfast which included a whole tasting activity with different jams and chocolate / cheese spreads ! The bed was very comfortable. We loved the jucazzi at night whilst stargazing We enjoyed relaxing in the morning looking out over the view."

Please note if you are walking it is a steep climb back up the hill.

"Milos and Klea were such lovely hosts. We stumbled across this place trying to find a last minute stay, and we ended up going back for another night a few days later and had a bbq with them and a lovely view!"

"The room was comfortable, there was a microwave, electric heating and a kettle so we could make our own food. We needed batteries for the air condition (it was cold), they delivered very fast. Thanks!"

"Fantastic location. Great facilities and will be even better shortly with new tents under construction. Excellent meals and extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Take the food and day trip offerings- you won't regret it but stay at least 2 nights to really enjoy the location."

"Beautiful views of Apia. We literally had the whole place to ourselves. It provided a calm quiet space that we didn't expect."

Unfortunately there were a few minor issues when we arrived, that eventually got sorted. Given the circumstances of the week prior & sending our condolences to the family, I'm not surprised things were a little off the mark. A broom in the unit be great to keep the floors free of bugs & dirt. We still loved our stay regardless.

"Beautiful surroundings, so calm. The host is incredibly helpful and kind. This refuge is his personal project, and you can see his passion. The surrounding villages are small but lovely to walk through. There are nice hikes possible, including to the peak of Mount Agou, the people on the paths will kindly guide you to your destination. They are truly kind."

The location on the map is slightly off, ask for a pin before you arrive to make sure you find the right place!

"It was lovely staying in a traditional house in Kakopetria & being able to hear the river from our room. A lovely breakfast of cereals, toast, eggs, cheese, yoghurt, olives & cold meats (if you eat them) was provided. It was in a great location in the old town."

The bed was a bit soft for us, and it would have been nice to have a rug on the cold floor - we were there in March.
