"The location is great and the staff is nice. The rooms are clean and functional. The hotel had some renovations going on, so we couldn't enjoy of all the amenities but it is a great place."
"At check out time. As we were in a group of multiple rooms. The person cleaning our room didn't spread the towels correctly and they were trying to charge us things without even verifying first, the receptionist in that moment was in some way rude. Until one of the person checking the other rooms found them folded and unused."

"My room was close to the lobby and they have a open air gym open from 5 am until 2 am . They play music at Rock concert levels and it just was so noisy in my room. After moving rooms to get away from the noise, I found myself without hot water and multiple cockroaches"
