"On my first night I stayed in the dorm, which I only recommend if you are a young student. However, on my other days I stayed in the private room and that was really great! The private rooms have their own kitchen area that turned out to be a great place for me to relax after a full day of activities. It felt like I had my own little apartment in Trondheim for a couple days. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. They recommended the Havet sauna 15 min walk from the hostel (a must!!). Will come back if I return to Trondheim!"

"Would’ve been helpful if there’s also a microwave in the private room kitchen. The air was also very dry in the room, but I think that’s a problem in every Norwegian building in winter (humidifier would perhaps solve it)."

"Very clean and well thought out. Everything is practical from the kitchen and bedroom layout to the free tea and coffee. Very nice and helpful staff, who also knew a lot about visiting Trondheim. All-in-all a great experience."

"Quiet area and yet walking distance to town centre and train station. Comfortable bed, friendly staff and good price."

"A lot of walking up hills to get there 😅"

"A modern place with free tea."

"Too high a climb from the train station. The peacefulness of the place was distorted by construction works omnipresent in Trondheim during my stay."
