"The location was excellent to visit sites in San Juan; and be picked up to go on tours around the island. There were a number of stores in the area, including supermarkets, and many restaurants. The apartment was well furnished, including a workable kitchen. It has a balcony with a view of the beach and compound. Overall an excellent place for a visit to San Juan and Puerto Rico."

"Il manquait quelques équipements de cuisine, mais somme toute c'était bien équipé. Nous avions la possibilité de laisser des commentaires dans un cartable, ce que nous avons fait. Nous avons pu laisser nos valises en consigne en attendant la disponibilité de l'hébergement et avons pu aller à la plage en attendant."

"The balcony overlooking the ocean was pure magic—peaceful mornings with the sunrise and unforgettable evenings with the sound of the waves. The Wi-Fi was fast, the bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was such a bonus!"

"The only thing that would have been clearer was to mention of the closest parking spot to help find the basement elevator access after you park your car, since it was a little tricky to find the first time."

"Location, location, location!!!! Access to beach / local establishments was easy. Owner was very receptive to requests/questions/complaints. Overall, we had an AMAZING time, couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!!!! Will be looking to stay at this facility in the future…Thank you for everything 😀"

"- Instructions on how to use the gate/garage fob. Took 3 days to finally get it figured out. Would be nice to have written directions. 1) first gate, press/hold Big Grey button for appx 3-5 seconds. 2) Garage - pull up to the “yellow square” in front of the gate, press/hold “little grey” button for 3-5 seconds. 3) No fob requirements to exit garage/property, simply pull vehicle “close” to the gate and it will automatically open…..Once this was figured out, no issues getting into/out of the property. - small long carpet in front of the bed should be replaced or a slip proof rubber mat should be applied to the bottom. Everyone who stepped on it, had the potential of falling. Definitely a safety hazard. - A/C - No water the 1st day (not the owners fault). Luckily water was restored by midnight and remained constant our entire trip. Life Saver"

"Mi estadia is my new "Happy Place" Unit 508 has an excellent view of the Ocean, Pool, basketball court. Surprisingly quiet after 10 pm & stays quiet until 10 am. When you 1st walk into Unit, everything is shiny & pretty. Nice tile floors. Mirrors everywhere with lots of hidden closet spaces behind each one. Everything you need for beach & pool provided. Super comfortable bed! Comfortable couch & clean. Well equipped kitchen. Washer/dryer in unit very clean & works well. Has helpful guards & security. Many stores, restaurants, bars & hotels on this very busy street. Beautiful, clean beach. Host in constant contact. They answered questions immediately. Would Love to return yearly!!"

"Didn't like having to wait for gates to open to park car in garage. However, all the security makes you feel safe. You get used to it."
