"Location was perfect Just a few minutes walk to the beach Food was fresh using local produce"

Having to say goodbye at the end of the stay. All of the staff and other guests were friendly and welcoming

Due to Eid holiday the room was not ready & clean at check in time.

prices of the new apartments is a little high breakfast room service for people's on holidays you could come back late and oversleep thus miss breakfast times maybe promote room services at the checkin for a fee thanks

Do not expect new rooms, rooms are old but price is expected and service level is very high And also is good to have local money

Sunbeds on beach need upgrading with mattresses. WiFi is sketchy unless close to reception.

"The hotel ambience was very cosy and welcoming. Staying in a room facing the mountains was breath-taking and created a sense of calmness. The breakfast was lovely giving us a delightful taste of Uzbekistani food. Easy access to Amirsoy mountains Charvac Reservoir, Chimgan and also eateries including grocery store in the surroundings of Chorvoq. Having your own transport will give the needed access for these quaint places and meeting the kindhearted locals."

Getting to the resort was a bit of a trip, not a long trip, but a trip through the rough parts of the town, very different.

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

Breakfast selection was mediocre. Some small spa or sauna area would create extra value.

"Exceptionally clean. A well stocked and presented breakfast buffet. All staff are very friendly and will do all they can to ensure you have a perfect stay. This is my 6th visit and have already booked for next year. This hotel is close to beach bus stops supermarket also tavernas."

"Lo que más me gustó de mi estancia en la cabaña fue la tranquilidad en el sector donde esta ubicada, por una parte esta cerca del centro de Punta de Tralca, pero a la vez esta emplazada en medio de un mini bosque de eucaliptos lleno de tranquilidad, además el lugar de las cabañas es precioso, lleno de jardines, áreas verdes y una hermosa fuente con nenúfares"

lo que podría mejorar es el hecho de que en la cabaña en la que me quedé había un gran ventanal el cual no tenía cortinas, por lo que la habitación se iluminaba mucho demasiado temprano, además de que la cama, aunque es de dos plazas, es más pequeña

Beach is not great. One beach has only rocks and is not able to access safely. The other beach is sand, but kind of cloudy and shallow. Have to walker swim out a long way to get derp
