"We are a family of 6 and we spent 20 days in this 3 bedroom spacious and comfortable house with excellent facilities and everything worked well starting from the air conditioning in all of the rooms, the standby generator, kitchen appliances ie: boiler, washing machine, fridge, kettle, microwave, cooker etc, big smart TV with Netflix amazon prime in the living room. Located in the city centre and close to the shops and restaurants with easy street parking. The house also have a well maintained private front garden where residents can relax.. The house has been recently refurbished."

"Frequent power cuts in the city but with a standby generator on site we always have electricity in J Nova residential."

"Boa localização, Wi-fi, atendentes. É uma casa ampla, com todos os itens necessários."

"O endereço está sem número, tive dificuldade de encontrar a casa. É uma residência mais antiga e fica em frente a uma discoteca, apesar de não fazer barulho alto. Ao menos, não me incomodou."

"Le jardin, la discrétion et la disponibilité du personnel, la présence d'appareils électroménagers comme la machine à laver, la présence du panier à linge nous fait sentir comme à la maison, le wifi au top et la situation géographique de la maison."

"Le climatiseur du salon ne fonctionne pas bien, la peinture défraîchie dans l'une des chambres et au couloir, le manque de couverts (4) alors que nous étions cinq. L'absence de 5 chaises également sur la salle à manger."

"Very comfortable three-bedroom house with excellent facilities - everything worked well (air conditioning, kitchen, washing machine, hot water, wifi, Netflix on TV). Good location with easy street parking. Beautiful flowers in the yard. We even got to enjoy the neighbor's cat, who stopped by for frequent visits. Great place to relax!"

"O pequeno-almoço era bom, com fruta variada, ovos, sumo, chá, café e pão, doces e uma panqueca de mandioca no final, muito boa. Empregados simpáticos. A casa para os padrões locais é excelente. Tem todas as condições, o ar condicionado só existe na sala, o que é manifestamente insuficiente, tendo em conta o calor que faz, mas os quartos têm redes mosquiteiras para as camas, o que é positivo."

"Price quality wise this is the place to stay on the island. You’ll need transport however, the restaurant next door was so good we ate there three nights in a row. Absolutely spotless! The pool is a real treat after a long day of adventures. All the staff are very kind and the breakfast was good too."

"Everything was as we expected. A very nice stay if you have your own transport. Bed was comfortable and a good hot shower which is rather a luxury in São Tomé. The breakfast was excellent and we also had dinner there upon arrival which we very much enjoyed as well. Just 20 minutes from the airport. Joanna is very welcoming and the staff were all very kind as well. We highly recommend."

"We had a beautiful room with a private bathroom for €65, including a fantastic breakfast buffet. The host is very dedicated and helpful. He also rented us a motorbike for €25 per day. Dinner is available upon request. Furthermore, the owner speaks good English. It was a wonderful stay."
