"Good location near city centre (10 min walk). A nice little garden. Wifi and aircon. A very nice and helpful host."

Hard to find. In need of renovation but it seems like it's underway.

"The place was clean and well kept. David our host was very attentive and helpful for anything we needed. He picked us up at the airport and showed us around Roatan. It was close to West End but not loud like staying on the strip."

The only issue we encountered is no hot water early in the morning. I guess the solar system is not storing the hot water . The master bathroom should have a shower curtain if someone wants to shower instead of soaking in the bathtub

Negeras, nemalonus kvapas name, net vėdinant patalpas, kvapas i šlieka. Seni baldai, nepatogus palipimas į miegamuosius, ypač su mažu vaiku labai pavojinga.

"Easy to find and get into. Nice outside area and comfortable bed. We didn't stay very long and got in late, but enjoyed our stay overall."

The ceiling fan didn't work well and it was really hot. The room was like a hotbox. It was a heat wave in the area so not entirely the property's fault but they could do with maintenance on the fan.

chybí balkon,velmi špatná příjezdová cesta,nemůže majitel zasypat ty velké díry???

The walk to restaurants was a little risky as parts had no pavement and some of it is on a busy road. This of course has nothing to do with the property per se but just an observation.
