"店員完全不會說英文用翻譯軟體很久還是堅持說其中一間房沒有冷氣遙控器 溫度是固定 帶我們其他間房明明都有遙控器 最後完全不理我們問問題 The staff were not friendly and did not speak English. In one of our friends’ rooms, there was no remote control for the air conditioner. The staff insisted that the temperature was fixed and could not be adjusted, even though other rooms clearly had remote controller. We tried to use translator to explain that we needed a remote controller, but in the end, the staff ignored us."

"This hotel is located between the airport and the Mall del Sol, in a familiar area full of small, older hotels and B&B"s. Harmonie is a huge step up in quality. It is a new build, tastefully done. The rooms are on the small side (think Ibis hotels in Europe), but are well planned for travelers. The shower was hot and water copious. The rooftop lounge is perfect for cooling off with a beer after a hot Guayaquil day and before heading to the air conditioned Mall (a two block walk) and enjoying the remarkable eating choices. The airport is ten mintes or less in a $5 taxi."
