Wifi was very poor both in the living room and the private bedroom. I struggled connecting for work. I can't say that this was good value for money considering how far it was from Lugano city centre and all other activity spots. I didn't have breakfast, because it was another 20 francs on top of everything else and that wasn't really ideal for someone travelling on a budget.

"Great helpful staff, freshly cleaned room. I arrived earlier than planned and they quickly swept and mopped the room and made up my bed while I waited. Super central location. Showers were hot. Got given a roll of toilet paper on check in which seems like a great solution to previous negative reviews saying toilet paper ran out and wasn't topped up. Great value for money"

There was no common area to hang out in like a lounge or courtyard or kitchen, but even still I made new friends just in my dorm room, in the corridor and in the bathroom while brushing my teeth. Probably not ideal for light sleepers as there is a karaoke bar nearby but I really enjoyed being able to hear all the singing!

Location is great as it's located in the community area and not in the national park yet it's close to everything you will want to visit during your stay. I also love that they're so organised with tours they provided good information and hade competitive rates if not the best rates in the area. The service was on point from the moment I arrived until checkout. The food so delicious! I stayed in a cottage with a balcony, the view was super, I highly recommend those rooms. Thank you so much for having! I'll definitely be back"

"房間內有煮水器和碗盤餐具，暖氣夠暖，價格合理，位置方便，乾淨，淋浴水量大且熱，房間和衛浴空間大，房東友善且24小時提供入住，退房時間為中午12:00前，有對外窗。"

有淡淡的廉價除臭芳香劑的味道，我個人不是很喜歡那個味道，另外，吹風機風量超級小且感覺易過熱，不太好用，但暇不掩瑜。此外，有大行李的人要注意，須爬二段樓梯，約15階左右，我沒有帶大行李去，所以沒問題。

"員工友善，住的舒適、安靜，房間乾淨，有贈送礦泉水、使用完畢後也可以用飲水機（有冰溫熱）。附近有公車（5分鐘路程）就可去明洞、東大門、宏大附近很方便。離宗廟、文青區與韓屋區的益善洞、仁寺洞」也都很近。往地跌沿路有很多吃的、但要注意餐廳時間（10點回去就都關了、除非週末烤肉店會比較晚）。夜歸時地鐵出口（鐘路三街）有帳篷馬車可覓食（不過價格就不好說）。"

共用的廚房需要清潔。住宿地點離地鐵有段距離、拉著行李去旅館是有點往上走的（不是像宏大那種陡坡），路程估計是10分鐘多。

"Ignore the previous negative comments. The whole place has been repainted and everything was amazing, especially the staff. The website is very useful, especially about transport from Cayenne to Georgetown or vice versa. Thank You 🙏"
